Job Purpose

The Project Engineer at Basatin Landscaping plays a critical role in overseeing and managing landscaping construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The position ensures projects are executed efficiently, within set timelines, budgets, and quality standards while adhering to company policies and client expectations.

Roles, Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of landscaping project execution from inception to completion.
• Collaborate closely with design teams, suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor progress on-site, resolving any engineering or construction issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures throughout project lifecycles.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, resource utilization, and risk management for senior management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiencies and reduce project risks.
  
  

Qualification

To succeed as a Project Engineer at Basatin Landscaping, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Additional certifications in project management (such as PMP or equivalent) are advantageous. A deep understanding of landscaping principles, construction methods, and material specifications is essential.

Strong theoretical knowledge supported by practical application in construction projects will ensure effective project delivery. Candidates must be committed to professionalism, demonstrate high ethical standards, and show flexibility to adapt to dynamic project requirements.

Experience & Skills
