  • Engage with business and functional stakeholders across ADNOC L&S and subsidiaries to gather input, validate assumptions, and ensure assigned initiatives remain aligned with strategic intent and value targets.
  • Maintain a clear line of sight between day-to-day execution activities and the broader strategic objectives of the Transformation & Integration portfolio.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

  • Engage business and functional stakeholders at working level across L&S, business units, subsidiaries, and corporate functions (Finance, Human Capital, IT/Digital, Legal, Procurement, HSE, Strategy &

Performance) to gather input, align on requirements, and progress delivery of assigned transformation and integration initiatives.

  • Support engagement with external counterparts on assigned initiatives, including consultant working teams and acquired or target company integration counterparts, under the direction of the Manager, Transformation & Integration.
  • Prepare governance materials, progress reports, risk and issue logs, and escalation inputs for steering committees and integration management offices (IMOs), ensuring assigned initiatives feed accurately into the broader Transformation & Integration portfolio reporting.

Job Specific Accountabilities2

Transformation and Integration Planning & Delivery

  • Conduct data analysis, stakeholder interviews, end-to-end process mapping, and benchmarking against industry and ADNOC Group standards to diagnose performance gaps, integration pain points, and operating model inefficiencies on assigned initiatives.
  • Perform quantitative analysis of operational efficiency and synergy opportunities on assigned transformation and integration initiatives, identifying, sizing, and validating quantifiable performance and value targets that inform Transformation & Integration business cases and prioritisation under the direction of the Manager, Transformation & Integration.
  • Track and report synergy and value realisation on assigned initiatives, maintaining baselines, monitoring delivery against agreed targets, and flagging variances to the Manager, Transformation & Integration.
  • Develop detailed workplans, deliverables, and supporting artefacts, including target operating model inputs and implementation plans, that translate validated value targets into executable activities, and drive execution of assigned workstreams by managing day-to-day activities, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realisation against agreed KPIs, escalating to the Manager, Transformation & Integration as required.
  • Apply change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication practices at initiative level to support adoption, embed new ways of working, and contribute to delivery outcomes across L&S and integrated subsidiaries.

Innovation & Industry Trends

  • Research emerging trends, tools, and leading practices in transformation, integration, and digital enablement relevant to the logistics, shipping, and energy sectors.
  • Identify and propose opportunities to apply new methodologies, automation, or analytics to accelerate delivery and outcomes on assigned initiatives.
  • Contribute to building and improving the Transformation & Integration function's delivery toolkit and internal knowledge base, capturing lessons learned, reusable templates, and good practices from completed workstreams.
  • Support a forward-thinking culture within the function, piloting new tools, methodologies, and delivery approaches that strengthen L&S' transformation and integration capability over time.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Management / Economics / Finance, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree, such as a Master’s in Business Administration, is advantageous if coming from an industry background.
  • If coming from a background outside management consulting, a globally recognised certification in project / programme management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or MSP) is required. A certification in change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or CCMP) is advantageous.
  • 7+ years of experience in business transformation / strategy execution and/or M&A (including integration/divestment planning and execution) from an industry or consulting background.
  • Sector experience within maritime, logistics and energy, and experience working in or with governmentowned entities or large-scale industrial organizations is highly desirable.
