Millennium Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager – Development to join our team. The successful candidate will support the company’s hotel development initiatives across the region, overseeing project coordination, managing proposals, and ensuring that development opportunities are assessed and progressed in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate hospitality development projects from initial assessment through to execution.
  • Prepare, review, and manage development proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the timely progression of development projects.
  • Conduct market research and preliminary assessments to support the evaluation of potential hotel development opportunities.
  • Review project requirements, timelines, deliverables, and relevant documentation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the preparation of feasibility studies, project assessments, and business proposals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, and development documentation.
  • Support the development team in identifying opportunities to expand the company’s hospitality portfolio across the region.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector within the region.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience in proposal management, including preparation, coordination, and presentation of proposals.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage
  • Candidates must be immediately available.
