Shop Inspection coordination experience.

- Shop Inspection coordination with good communication skill in English
- In BV HSE, SIEBEL and Q&S.
- Technical knowledge
Issuing Assignment Instructions to Performing Centers in line with Technical Scope & within the frame of client agreement & BV Regulations.

- Primary Functions
- Review of applicable contractual requirements (Technical standards, specifications etc.)
- Review and validation of inspection assignment documentation (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedule, milestones, reporting, logistics, co-ordination procedure, etc.)
- Definition of Bureau Veritas interventions
- Send Instructions to BV performing offices along with technical specification, Internal Purchase Order and contact details.
- Coordinate with BV performing offices for scheduling inspection
- Liaise with BV performing offices for Execution of inspection, reporting including treatment of Non-conformities (NCR’s) and other applicable deliverables
- Ensuring quality of inspection according to BV Quality System
- Follow up with BV performing offices for submitting the reports on time
- Maintaining internal and external communication
- Prepare internal invoices for clearing payment
- Promotes Bureau Veritas service portfolio to clients
- Respects security guidelines of Bureau Veritas and safeguards personal security in the working environment
- Actively participates in the sharing of knowledge and information (Knowledge Management)
- If necessary Prepare monthly report and submit to Client on time for review and further action.
- Prepare the Invoices and submit to the Client.
- Technical Expertise
- Application of codes and standards, project specifications and procedures
- Within his field of competency, the inspector is expected to conduct the activities stated in Primary functions.
- Fully conversant with inspection techniques and able to review reports
- Able to verify and approve non-conformities / corrective actions
- Able to identify required Bureau Veritas interventions, based on a pre-defined Quality Plan and according to specified standards.
- Business Requirements
- Report to Operations Manager – WW Operations / INP Manager when there is an area of concern
- Attend meeting with Clients as and when required and maintain cordial relationship with all Clients.
- Initiate, implement and maintain the required tracking registers to monitor the progress of the inspections for each purchase order as per the approved ITPs.
- Submit Weekly /Monthly Reports for Shop Inspections Services for Assigned Projects

- Maintains a high degree of expertise through permanent specialized training and knowledge management.

- Ensure that Inspection is carried out as per Purchase order / approved drawings / Inspection test plans and other applicable Technical specifications.
- Maintain regular job-related contact with clients and Liaises with client and/or Project Management Consultant with ease
- Understand client needs and work to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Maintain & Submit Project Related Reports /records like status report, time sheets, weekly report & any other record agreed in the contract.
- Develop trust and open communication with the client.
- Regularly monitor customer satisfaction.
- HSE Requirements
- Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies and procedures, client’s HSE procedures and practices.
- Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/supervisor
- Report immediately any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.
- Report immediately any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation
- Use appropriate PPE at work area and be aware of:
- the risks appropriate PPE will control or minimize
- Report immediately in case the PPE is worn off or lost.

- Arrange the appropriate PPE for Surveyors / Inspectors.
