We are looking for a results-driven Property Advisor with UAE real estate experience, strong knowledge of the Dubai market and a demonstrable ability to convert leads into clients and transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including communities, pricing and current market trends.
• Experience in property sales, with relevant expertise in off-plan or secondary market transactions.
• Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert leads into clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
