We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Inspector to ensure quality control across all stages of joinery production and maintain compliance with factory standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished joinery products.
• Ensure products meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to identify and address quality issues.
• Conduct dimensional checks, finish inspections, and final product evaluations.
• Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain quality records.
• Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with factory quality procedures and safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  
  

Job requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality inspection within a joinery or woodworking factory.
• Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in quality documentation and reporting.
