We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst in our Real Estate division to support our team in sourcing new properties across the UAE, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis (ideally commercial real estate), financial modelling, and data-driven decision-making, and must come from an engineering background.

What You’ll Do
- Source new properties and initiate contact with landlords and local authority areas across the UAE.
- Negotiate with landlords, developers, and clear regulatory requirements to secure viable sites.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze key economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting the real estate sector in the UAE.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and development, to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain and update real estate databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate closely with other Real Estate Sourcers and the Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to align on sourcing strategy, deal prioritization, and market coverage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
- Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate properties from both a technical and commercial perspective.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- An understanding of the commercial real estate market in the UAE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (essential), with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and effectiveness under pressure.
