Receiving Clerk (Le Café LPM)

Dubai opens soon and other locations are already in development. We are looking for the person who will help build the brand from the ground up and grow with us as we expand.

What This Role Is

You receive all incoming goods for Le Café LPM — checking quality, verifying quantities, recording everything accurately, and making sure nothing enters storage that shouldn’t.

As we grow, you grow with us. This role has real scope.

What We Are Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in receiving, storekeeping, or supply-chain roles within hospitality or F&B.
• Strong understanding of delivery checks, food safety handling, and documentation accuracy.
• Familiar with inventory systems, Excel, and supplier coordination. Detail-oriented and reliable with multiple daily deliveries.
• English is a must. French or another European language, even better.
  
  
  

What are your Impacts:

Receiving & Quality Control: You verify every delivery against the purchase order - quantities, temperatures, quality - and reject anything that doesn’t meet the standard.

Food Safety Handling: You ensure all food items are handled, stored, and labelled in full compliance with Dubai Municipality standards - no exceptions.

Documentation: You record all deliveries, invoices, credit notes, and discrepancies accurately - keeping receiving logs clean and filed for purchasing and accounts.

Inventory & Storage: You move goods to the right storage areas following FIFO - fridges, freezers, and dry stores kept clean, organised, and correctly labelled at all times.

Reliability: You show up, you check thoroughly, and the team can count on you to flag issues early and communicate discrepancies without delay.
