Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and business partners professionally
Handle visitor registration and guide guests to the right department
Coordinate meeting room bookings and business reception arrangements
Support daily administrative tasks including document handling and office supply management
Maintain a tidy, welcoming front desk environment at all times
Requirements
Fluent in English & Russian OR English & Arabic (spoken & written) - required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Warm, outgoing, and service-oriented personality
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
