Every analyst opening in Dubai brings in hundreds of applications, and good candidates accept somewhere else if they wait more than a few days. You work through that pipeline: sourcing, first calls and a shortlist the partners can trust.

You search LinkedIn and university networks, screen candidates by phone, send case exercises, keep the weekly shortlist current, reply to every applicant and go to graduate fairs in the UAE. The partners deciding final rounds are in Las Vegas; las vegas is about half a day behind dubai.

What you need:

• at least a year as a recruiter or recruitment coordinator, internships included
• an applicant tracking system and LinkedIn search
• a bachelor's in any subject
• campus hiring or LinkedIn Recruiter would help
