We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Sales division in Dubai.

In this role, you'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team where curiosity, ownership and a growth mindset are encouraged. You'll work closely with clients and candidates, using market insights, talent mapping and strong relationship-building skills to deliver the best possible recruitment outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

• Sourcing, engaging and assessing talent across platforms such as LinkedIn, GulfTalent and internal systems
• Building strong candidate pipelines and presenting quality shortlists
• Conducting market mapping and sharing useful insights with clients
• Representing clients professionally in the market
• Managing searches from initial briefing through to successful completion
• Developing new client relationships and contributing to business growth
• Working collaboratively with the wider team and sharing market knowledge

What we're looking for:

• Previous recruitment agency experience, ideally within Sales or Technology across the UAE/Gulf region
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in building long-term partnerships
