About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth for the Ventomatic product line across the Middle East. In this strategic, customer-facing role, you will identify new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with key customers and partners, and expand our market presence across one of the world’s fastest-growing cement and building materials regions.
You will play a critical role in driving regional sales performance, developing long-term commercial strategies, and positioning Ventomatic as a trusted partner in the industry. This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering results, and creating sustainable growth in dynamic international markets.
About The Department
The Regional Sales Manager team supports the regional sales organization by driving product line growth and delivering tailored solutions to customers. The team works closely with technical experts, and proposal teams to ensure competitive, high-quality offerings aligned with customer needs.

About The Department
The Regional Sales Manager team supports the regional sales organization by driving product line growth and delivering tailored solutions to customers. The team works closely with technical experts, and proposal teams to ensure competitive, high-quality offerings aligned with customer needs.
Your Responsibilities :
- Drive regional sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities across MIddle East
- Own and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Execute sales strategies aligned with regional targets and market conditions
- Collaborate with technical and proposal teams to develop competitive and customized solutions
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
- Contribute to pricing strategies in line with company guidelines and market dynamics
- Support the development of marketing and sales initiatives to strengthen market presence
- Consistent achievement of order intake targets
- Strong and continuously growing sales pipeline
- Expansion of customer base and increased market penetration
- Successful positioning of Ventomatic solutions in both new projects and upgrade opportunities
- High level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B industrial sales (cement or building materials industry preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles
- Strong understanding of the MIddle Eastn cement and building materials market and key customer segments
- Experience in technical solution selling and working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Willingness to travel within the region
