The Registered Nurse - ICU is responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of individualized nursing care to patients and their family members according to current best-evidence based standards, using best judgement at all times in alignment with Department of Health and organization policies, procedures, guidelines and standards.

The Registered Nurse - ICU is responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of individualized nursing care to patients and their family members according to current best-evidence based standards, using best judgement at all times in alignment with Department of Health and organization policies, procedures, guidelines and standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, evidence‑based nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with ICU standards.
- Monitor, interpret, and respond to complex clinical data, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
- Participate in emergency and rapid response interventions, ensuring timely and appropriate escalation.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in the EMR system.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and provide emotional support during critical situations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Valid DOH/DHA/MOH license or DOH eligibility.
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
