Relationship Manager

Citywire is expanding its regional footprint across the Middle East and we are looking for a proactive, highly motivated Relationship Manager to join our Audience Development team in Dubai.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of building and cultivating our network of professional investors across the UAE and the wider GCC. Your core mission is to connect with key fund buyers, including private banks, retail banks, and family offices, ensuring they are engaged with Citywire’s news, research channels, and industry-leading events.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining direct relationships with professional fund selectors and asset allocators across the Middle East through = face-to-face meetings, calls, and digital outreach.
• Partnering closely with our events and local teams to recruit high-calibre delegates, host attendees, and network on the ground at Citywire forums and roundtables.
• Gathering actionable feedback and trend insights during investor meetings, feeding market intelligence directly to our editorial and research teams to shape regional publications and agendas.
• Tracking wealth management trends, regulatory changes, and product developments across the GCC to identify new audience growth opportunities.
• Maintaining meticulous, up-to-date CRM records of all interactions, delegate statuses, and key account profiles.
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Proactive Self-Starter: You have strong initiative, and the drive to work independently while collaborating seamlessly within a close-knit, global team.
• Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and public speaking skills, with the credibility to engage senior investment professionals and host industry rooms.
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; professional working proficiency in Arabic is strongly desired.
• Technical Proficiency: Confident with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable managing CRM pipelines under tight deadlines.
• Market Familiarity: An understanding of or strong curiosity about the Middle East investment landscape, wealth management, and private banking (prior regional exposure is a plus).
• Regional Mobility: Willingness and flexibility to travel across the GCC region for client meetings and events as needed.
