  • Work with the team on escalated cases
  • Contribute to a positive experience at every touchpoint

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal oversight
  • Patient, empathetic problem-solving approach
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with support tools
