Representative

Job Description

The Representative is responsible for representing the College of Engineering in dealings with government entities, private organizations, embassies, and other external stakeholders. The role involves driving official college vehicles to transport staff, visitors, and official documents safely and efficiently, as well as delivering and collecting official documents from external organizations. The incumbent follows up on official correspondence, coordinates with external parties, responds to inquiries, and supports the College by organizing appointments, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring the secure handling of documents. The Representative is also responsible for the cleanliness, routine inspection, and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and university regulations. Additional duties may be assigned as required to support the College's operations.

Minimum Qualification

• High School Diploma (maximum required qualification).
• Up to 3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English & Arabic.
• Knowledge of office coordination, organization, and document handling procedures.
• Familiarity with customer service principles and public interaction.
• Understanding of relevant policies and administrative procedures.
• Valid UAE driving license.

• Strong customer service focus.
• Experience dealing with government entities, embassies, and external organizations is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
