Job Description

Khalifa Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology is seeking a professional driver to represent the Center by providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for staff, visitors, and official guests, while ensuring that the assigned vehicle is maintained in good condition.

Minimum Qualification

alid UAE driving license. High school certificate or equivalent. At least 2 years of professional driving experience. Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations. Clean driving record. Good communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Preferred Qualification

Valid UAE driving license. Previous experience as a professional driver is preferred. Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and locations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct. Good knowledge of vehicle safety and basic maintenance. Ability to work flexible hours when required.

Expected Skills

Safely transport staff, visitors, and official guests to and from designated locations. Drive employees to meetings, events, airports, and official appointments as required. Follow all UAE traffic laws, regulations, and safety procedures. Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, safe, and well-maintained condition. Conduct regular checks of the vehicle, including fuel, tires, oil, and other essential components. Report any vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly. Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance. Plan routes efficiently and ensure timely arrival at destinations. Provide professional and courteous service to passengers and visitors. Assist with loading and unloading documents, equipment, or other items when required. Perform other transportation-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
