Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be the vital link between our guests and our property, delivering exceptional service while managing reservations with precision and professionalism. • Consistently deliver professional, engaging, and friendly service to all guests and clients across multiple communication channels
• Process room reservations efficiently and accurately for leisure, group, tour, and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) segments as assigned
• Manage internal and external communications via email and telephone while monitoring reservations voicemail regularly
• Produce and execute daily reports for assigned segments, auditing reservations and updating records as needed to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Front Office, and Accounting teams to ensure all client expectations are met and exceeded
• Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence
• Assist with duties across various reservations segments when required to support team objectives
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
  
  

Qualifications

**Required Skills & Experience:**

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele
• Proven analytical and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent customer service orientation with demonstrated empathy and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including split shifts and varied days off as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all reservations and administrative tasks
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous reservations, sales, or hospitality industry experience
• Familiarity with Opera Property Manager System (PMS) or Central Reservations System (CRS)
• Knowledge of reservations and revenue management principles
• Multilingual capabilities (Arabic and English preferred for the UAE market)
• Experience working in a hotel or resort environment
