That’s why we’re searching for a new Restaurant Hostess who can create a warm and welcoming first impression, manage reservations and seating with confidence, and make every guest feel recognised and cared for. From a genuine welcome to a personalised farewell, you’ll play an important role in creating seamless dining experiences and memorable moments for every guest.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Welcoming guests warmly and escorting them to their tables.
• Managing reservations, table allocations, and seating arrangements to support a smooth flow of service.
• Coordinating closely with the restaurant team on table availability and guest preferences.
• Recognising returning guests and communicating relevant guest information and special requests to the team.
• Assisting guests with restaurant information, menu recommendations, and current promotions.
• Responding to guest enquiries and feedback in a professional and caring manner.
• Supporting the restaurant team during busy periods to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Ensuring every guest receives a warm and personalised farewell.
  
  

What We need from you:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in F&B guest service, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Warm, confident, and welcoming personality with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage reservations and guest seating efficiently.
• Well-groomed, professional, and comfortable engaging with guests from different cultures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
