As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant in our team, you will be the frontline of our business, ensuring that every customer receives an outstanding shopping experience. Your role is pivotal in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and contributing positively to our team's dynamic atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, providing a personalized shopping experience.
  • Operate cash registers and manage financial transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, promotions, and store layout to advise customers effectively.
  • Restock merchandise, ensuring the shop floor is neat and attractively arranged.
  • Participate in inventory management and loss prevention strategies to protect assets.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance store operations.
  • Handle customer complaints or queries, providing swift and satisfactory resolutions.

Requirements For The Role

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Prior retail experience, particularly in a customer-facing role.
  • Well-presented and professional appearance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or retail management is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak shopping seasons.
  • A proactive team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
