- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention strategies to protect assets.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance store operations.
- Handle customer complaints or queries, providing swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Prior retail experience, particularly in a customer-facing role.
- Well-presented and professional appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or retail management is a plus.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak shopping seasons.
