What You'll Do

You'll love what you do and take pride in driving commercial performance through data-driven insights and strategic analysis.

• Own the preparation and analysis of daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc revenue reporting across Rooms, Food & Beverage and Spa.
• Establish and maintain rate plans, packages and offers across SynXis CRS, Opera Cloud, channel managers, GDS and OTA extranets, ensuring complete accuracy and rate parity.
• Actively manage and implement changes to pricing, inventory and restriction strategies.
• Conduct regular audits of distribution systems and monitor rate parity daily across OTAs, metasearch, wholesalers and the brand website, resolving disparities with the relevant partners.
• Maintain and action IDeaS G3 recommendations, flagging anomalies and ensuring system configuration and data feeds remain accurate.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy and optimization of data across all commercial systems.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel models, automated reporting tools, dashboards and executive summaries to improve business visibility and support the commercial team.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and demand indicators to identify revenue opportunities.
• Support Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing and Hotel Operations teams with actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth.
• Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the hotel.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in Revenue Management or Distribution within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Hands-on experience with Opera Cloud, SynXis CRS, IDeaS G3, channel managers, GDS and OTA extranets is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles, pricing strategy, market segmentation and distribution channels.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage, analyze and present data accurately.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy, particularly in reporting and distribution management.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
