The Reward Manager MENA is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing the reward strategy across the MENA countries, ensuring alignment with the global reward philosophy while remaining competitive within local labor markets. The role partners closely with BG HR Directors, HR Business Partners, Finance, Global Rewards and business leaders to deliver market-competitive, equitable, and cost-effective compensation and benefits programs.Key Responsibilities•Implement the regional Reward strategy across MENA markets, ensuring alignment with global and regional business priorities.•Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide strategic advice on compensation, benefits, and reward-related decisions.•Ensure compliance with Global Reward policies, governance frameworks, and local statutory requirements across all MENA markets.•Drive consistency and standardization of compensation practices while balancing local market competitiveness and business needs.•Lead the annual compensation planning cycle, including merit increases•Develop, review, and optimize country-specific benefits strategies to ensure market competitiveness.•Manage participation in external compensation surveys (Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry) and ensure the quality and integrity of market data submissions.•Analyze external market trends, inflation, labor market movements, and regulatory changes to provide data-driven reward recommendations.•Prepare business cases and financial impact analyses for compensation and benefits proposals, ensuring alignment with SGA and budget targets.•Lead and support strategic reward initiatives, including Reward Market Fit (RMF), pay transparency, living wage implementation and digitalization of reward processes.•Drive continuous improvement by simplifying reward policies, enhancing governance, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the employee experience.Education•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.Experience•Minimum 7 years of HR experience with at least 4 in Rewards.•Experience managing reward across multiple countries.•Strong understanding of salary surveys and market benchmarking.•Experience in annual compensation cycles and pay structure design.This position reports into Regional Reward Lead MEPA and will be based in Dubai
