HC Lead – Rewards, Analytics and Planning Role Description:
To support the strategic and operational delivery of Total Rewards, People Analytics and Planning, HC Data Audits, and HC Technology and Service enhancements. This role ensures data-driven decision-making, process automation, and continuous improvement of HC services aligned with organizational goals.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Total Rewards Strategy & Execution
- Draft and support the implementation of compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
- Prepare and analyze salary surveys, propose adequate allowances linked to performance or skills, conduct job evaluations and propose appropriate gradings for new jobs in conjunction with talent acquisition, propose other monetary and non-monetary compensation as per market benchmark.
- Support AI-driven payroll processing and employee self-service platforms for transparency and efficiency
2. HC Data Audits & Ownership
- Lead periodic audits of HC data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and readiness for reporting.
- Maintain and enhance the HC Data Warehouse and dashboards for real-time insights.
3. People Analytics
- Develop and maintain analytics frameworks and Power BI dashboards to track workforce trends, retention, and productivity.
- Collaborate with Data Science & Governance teams to validate dashboards and ensure consistency in reporting.
4. HC Technology Enhancement & Process Automation
- Drive digitization of HC processes including payroll, attendance, and reporting systems.
- Support the implementation of AI tools for data validation, chatbot support, and predictive analytics.
5. HC Budgeting & Planning
- Lead HC budgeting cycles in collaboration with Finance, Talent Acquisition and L&D
- Align budget allocations with strategic initiatives such as localization, upskilling, and technology upgrades.
6. HC Service Enhancement
- Evaluate and improve HC service delivery through feedback loops, grievance resolution, and policy updates.
7. Policy Development & Governance
- Define and update related HC policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and organizational standards.
- Ensure consistent application of policies across all HC functions and geographies.
Key Interfaces:
CHRO, HC Business Partners, Finance, Data Governance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Project Teams, Lead Executives, Department Heads
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 8 years in Human Capital roles with a focus on rewards, analytics, and systems.
- Strong background in payroll, data analytics, and HC systems (e.g., Oracle, BI dashboards).
- Experience in high-complexity, project-driven environments preferred.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree
- Certifications related to AI, Analytics, BI, Six Sigma, Job Evaluation methodologies are preferred
