Runner (Le Café LPM)

We are looking for a Runner to own that.

Your Role

You deliver food and drinks between the kitchen, bar, and guests. You keep the floor moving and the team always one step ahead. You are not just a pair of hands. You interact, you observe, and you contribute to the guest experience every time you pass a table.

Your Profile

No prior experience required: energy, attitude, and team spirit matter most.

English is a must. French or another European language, even better.

Your Impacts

Collaborate with Floor Team: You work hand in hand with servers, kitchen, and bar. You communicate clearly, anticipating needs, and keeping service flowing without gaps.

Product Knowledge: You know what's on the pass and what's heading to the table, so every delivery is swift, accurate, and confident.

Cleanliness & Standards: You keep every surface, station, and tray spotless. Clean, shining, and always presented to Le Café LPM standards.

Team Cohesion & Spirit: Energetic and team-oriented, you show up for your colleagues as much as for the guest.

Communication: You interact with guests naturally and confidently - greeting, checking in, pouring water, suggesting a refill. You don't wait to be asked. And when something needs flagging, you tell your waiter straight away.
