Job Description
- Welcome customers and understand their product needs to guide informed purchase decisions.
- Present fashion products clearly, explaining relevant features and available options.
- Deliver a courteous sales service that encourages customers to return.
- Maintain product displays and the sales floor to support an organised customer journey.
- Monitor product availability on the shop floor and raise replenishment needs promptly.
- Process customer purchases accurately and handle routine sales enquiries.
- Keep product knowledge up to date to provide clear and reliable advice.
- Follow store procedures when handling products, customer information and transactions.
- Must be a UAE National
- Customer-facing sales capability and the ability to understand customer requirements.
- Confidence presenting fashion products in a clear and helpful way.
- Ability to provide accurate product information during customer conversations.
- Experience maintaining tidy product displays and sales areas.
- Ability to manage purchase transactions carefully and accurately.
- Awareness of stock availability and replenishment needs on the shop floor.
- Permanent Sales Advisor position in Dubai.
- Medical insurance.
- Commission and annual bonus.
