- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the business.
- Build lasting relationships by developing and maintaining a loyal clientele base.
- Provide expert guidance on product craftsmanship, brand heritage, features, warranties, and the latest trends in the luxury market.
- Ensure an exceptional after‑sales experience, adhering to all repair and return processes and maintaining the highest service standards.
Whom we are looking for:

- Minimum of two years' experience of sales and customer service within the retail luxury industry
- Experience in watches or jewellery highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build working relationships
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in English & Arabic or Russian
