The Role

This is a predominantly outbound role. You'll build qualified pipeline for our NBP team by hunting, cold calling, and engaging fintechs, crypto exchanges, wallets, and Web3 platforms that haven't raised their hand yet. You'll operate alongside ecosystem players like Circle, Thredd, and Fireblocks — knowing who issues, processes, custodies, and competes is part of the job. What You'll Do

• Run high-volume outbound with cold calling as the core motion, supported by email, LinkedIn, and Telegram
• Research and prioritise target accounts across crypto platforms, fintechs, wallets, and neobanks
• Book qualified meetings for BDMs and hit monthly pipeline targets
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in HubSpot and use Gong to sharpen your pitch
• Feed competitor and ecosystem intel (Rain, Circle, Fireblocks, etc.) back to the GTM team
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 8-12 years in an SDR/BDR role, ideally in B2B fintech, payments, crypto, or API/infrastructure products
• Genuinely comfortable cold calling — every dial is a conversation, and a brush-off doesn't slow you down
• Sharp written outreach that gets replies
• Curious about stablecoins and digital assets; familiarity with players like Circle, Fireblocks, Rain, or Thredd is a strong plus
• Coachable, resilient, and self-directed
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus
