Job Brief:

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Executive for a specialised steel and aluminium bending company based in Ras Al Khaimah.

The company provides custom bending and curving services for structural steel and aluminium sections, including beams, pipes, tubes, angles, channels, and hollow sections, based on customers' technical drawings and project requirements.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business from construction companies, steel fabrication companies, structural steel contractors, aluminium and façade contractors, and other industrial customers across the GCC.

Products & Services:

• Structural Steel Bending: Bending and curving of steel beams, angles, channels, and structural profiles.
• Steel Pipe & Tube Bending: Custom bending of steel pipes and tubes to specified dimensions and radii.
• Aluminium Profile Bending: Bending of aluminium sections, pipes, tubes, and profiles for construction and architectural applications.
• Hollow Section Bending: Bending of square hollow sections (SHS) and rectangular hollow sections (RHS).
• Steel Plate Bending: Custom bending and rolling of steel plates for structural and industrial applications.
• Section Rolling & Curving: Precision rolling of steel and aluminium sections into curved shapes based on project drawings.
• Laser Cutting Services: Precision cutting of metal components according to customer specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for steel and aluminium bending services across the GCC.
• Generate sales enquiries from steel fabricators, construction contractors, structural steel companies, aluminium fabricators, and façade contractors.
• Visit potential customers, fabrication workshops, construction sites, and project offices to promote the company's bending services.
• Understand customer requirements, including metal sections, dimensions, bending radii, drawings, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with the technical and production teams to prepare quotations and confirm bending capabilities.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and tenders to secure new orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, fabricators, and existing customers.
• Identify upcoming construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects requiring metal bending services.
• Negotiate commercial terms and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Travel across the GCC for business development and client meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in steel, aluminium, metal fabrication, structural steel, or construction-related industries.
• Good understanding of structural steel and aluminium sections, including beams, pipes, angles, channels, and hollow sections.
• Ability to understand basic technical drawings, dimensions, and customer specifications.
• Experience selling to steel fabricators, construction contractors, aluminium fabricators, façade contractors, or structural steel companies.
• Proven experience generating project-based enquiries, preparing quotations, and closing sales.
• Established customer contacts within the region's construction, steel fabrication, or aluminium industry.
• Experience in steel or aluminium bending services, metal processing, or fabrication services will be an advantage.
• Experience handling tenders and consultant approvals will be an advantage.
• A valid driving license is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel across the GCC for client meetings and business development is required.
