Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and resilient Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support both sales operations and delivery execution. This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate between customers, sales teams, warehouse operations, and delivery drivers while maintaining excellent service levels in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with Food & Beverage distribution experience will be strongly preferred. Experience using Zoho CRM/ERP is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
- Process and track customer orders from placement through successful delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and contract records within CRM/ERP systems.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Manage customer inquiries, product sample requests, and follow-up communications.
- Support onboarding of new customer accounts including cafés, restaurants, hotels, and retail outlets.
- Assist with product launches, promotions, and pricing updates.
- Coordinate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules with drivers and dispatch teams.
- Support route planning and route optimization across the UAE.
- Monitor delivery progress and resolve delays, failed deliveries, returns, and customer issues.
- Coordinate fleet availability against daily and weekly order volumes.
- Monitor stock availability and communicate potential fulfillment challenges.
- Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure timely order picking and dispatch.
- Maintain clear communication between sales, warehouse, logistics, and customers.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Logistics Coordination, Customer Service, Order Management, or Sales Support.
- Previous experience within Food & Beverage, FMCG, Distribution, or HORECA industries is highly preferred.
- Experience using CRM/ERP systems; Zoho experience is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of UAE locations, delivery routing, and logistics coordination.
- Strong personality with the ability to manage competing priorities and handle pressure effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across sales, warehouse, logistics, and customer teams.
Benefits
- Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 7,000 per month (depending on experience) + Other Benefits as per company Norms and UAE Labour Law
