Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

About us

We’re building an ecosystem of digital products and services that power everyday life across the Middle East—fast, scalable, and deeply customer-centric. Our mission is to deliver to every door every day. We want to redefine what technology can do in this region, and we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can help us move even faster.

noon’s mission: Every door, every day.

Everyday Labs is our innovation engine. We build and test new ideas fast, from early concepts to real products used by customers. It’s where we explore new technologies, launch new models and push the business forward. High ownership, fast cycles and a focus on what actually works.

We’re building Noon Business, a B2B marketplace that helps companies buy their recurring business supplies faster, cheaper, and with better control. Think of it as Noon’s consumer engine applied to enterprise procurement.

What You'll Do

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

The Sales Manager will be one of the earliest sales leaders: you’ll build the pipeline, win anchor accounts, and shape the sales playbook and GTM while working closely with product, ops, and category teams. It is building a new business line with big upside: the procurement industry is large [~AED 300 billion] and broken; we’re using Noon’s strengths to win. There will be high ownership and a high pace.

  • Build and scale demand from scratch for your category.
  • Identify and validate high-potential customer segments using data + on-ground insights.
  • Launch early GTM motions, close real customers, and capture revenue quickly.
  • Understand category economics, supplier incentives, and buying behaviors deeply.
  • Run experiments around pricing, RFQ workflows, customer incentives, and acquisition tactics.

What You'll Need

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, category, business development.
  • Experience in dealing with SME or enterprise procurement customers is a plus.
  • Ability to influence sellers and customers effectively.
  • Willingness to spend time in the market.
  • Comfortable operating with minimal structure & high expectations.

Who'll Excel?

  • We are looking only for people who operate like owners.
  • Bias for action: you move before others finish thinking.
  • Commercial sharpness: strong instincts around category, buyer behavior, and incentives.
  • Resourcefulness: you know how to talk to customers, fix problems, and push things forward.
