The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve company targets. This role entails identifying new business opportunities, fostering long-term client partnerships, and working closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and achieve goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales and promotional initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
