Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and market expansion for our flexible packaging products across the Gulf region and Africa. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, proven sales experience in flexible packaging, and a combination of technical and commercial expertise to effectively engage with customers and develop long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the flexible packaging market across the GCC and Africa.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while expanding the client base.
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate flexible packaging solutions.
- Coordinate with production, technical, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business development plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
- Significant experience in sales and business development within the flexible packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of flexible packaging products, manufacturing processes, and applications.
- Proven track record of managing sales across the Gulf region and African markets.
- Techno-commercial expertise with the ability to discuss both technical product specifications and commercial terms with customers.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territories.
