We are looking for a results-driven Secondary Market Specialist with UAE real estate sales experience, strong knowledge of Dubai’s ready-property market and a proven ability to convert leads into clients and close transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a demonstrable sales track record.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, ready properties, pricing and current market trends.
• Experience in secondary market transactions, including property sales and resale.
• Proven sales performance and the ability to convert leads into clients and close deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
