Job Summary
The Secretary will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Group HR, Insurance & HSE Manager by managing correspondence, coordinating daily administrative activities, and ensuring timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong English communication skills, professionalism, and excellent organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Group HR, Insurance & HSE Manager. -
Draft, review, and manage professional email correspondence in English.

Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other business documents.

Follow up with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain the manager's schedule as required.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Good business writing, email communication, and correspondence skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
