Bachelors of Commerce

Key Responsibilities

1. General Ledger & Month-End Close – Prepare and maintain reports

2. Prepare Monthly Financial Reports (MFR)

3. Prepare and review various reconciliations including Bank, GRIR, etc.

4. Payroll & Employee Cost Accounting

5. Revenue Accounting, Allocation & Recharge Activities

6. VAT Compliance

7. Receivables & Collections - Record and reconcile customer receipts

8. Close external audits

9. Handle audit queries and ensure timely closure

9. Prepare and review Group Reporting (HFM) packs

10. Assist in budget preparation and updates

11. Prepare and validate sales commission calculations

12. Support ICV certification (ITQAN) and related audit requirements

13 Participate in ISO audits and coordinate with auditors/consultants

14. Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting

Role Summary

The Senior Accountant – GL is responsible for managing general ledger accounting, month-end close processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities. The role ensures accuracy of financial statements, supports audits, and drives strong financial control across the organization.
