Senior Architectural Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architectural Engineer – High-Rise Specialist to lead the design and coordination of complex high rise building projects. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the architectural team, overseeing design development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating multidisciplinary project delivery.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale and high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design activities for high-rise building projects from concept through construction documentation.
• Develop and review detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and design presentations
  
  

using industry-standard software.

• Ensure design compliance with UAE/local building codes, authority regulations, and international best practices.
• Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Review and validate construction documentation, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Provide technical guidance during project execution and support site teams as required.
• Mentor and supervise junior architects and engineers, fostering professional development.
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure successful
  
  

project outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with significant involvement in high-rise or
  
  

large-scale developments.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, and Photoshop.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE building regulations, local authority approval processes, and
  
  

modern construction methodologies.

• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working within an engineering consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
