What you will do:
The role is responsible for interfacing with employees and internal stakeholders to handle matters related to employee grievances, exit interviews and National Service, while ensuring that management and services related to those matters are delivered effectively and in compliance with Mubadala Investment Company's policies and standards.
The role supports the management of employee relations cases, and plays an important role in maintaining service excellence across the employee lifecycle. By leveraging strong subject matter expertise and cross-functional collaboration, the incumbent enables the achievement of business objectives and upholds the organisation's commitment to a high-performing and engaged workforce.

What you will do:

Employee Advocacy
- Administer all work related to Employee Advocacy which includes, but not limited to, employee grievances, exit interviews and national service matters.
- Participate in the review as appropriate and assist in the preparation of grievance cases, conducting associated interviews as required.
- Provide relevant assistance, advice, and guidance to employees.
- Coordinate and deliver a range of workplace-related dispute resolution services as required, including mediation, conciliation, negotiation, and facilitation.
- Conduct and support sensitive employee relations investigations, ensuring all cases are managed objectively, confidentially, and in accordance with company policies and applicable legislation.
- Build trusted relationships with employees and internal stakeholders, providing guidance and support while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Provide advice to Mubadala and its assets, as applicable, on all Employee Advocacy matters, sharing relevant leading practices and solutions that enable the achievement of business objectives.
- Leverage an understanding of employee behaviour and workplace dynamics to effectively manage sensitive employee situations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Research and maintain awareness of leading trends and practices related to Employee Advocacy in order to provide insights that enable the continuous improvement of Mubadala's processes and employee experience.
- Analyse employee feedback, grievance trends, exit interview outcomes, and National Service data to identify recurring themes and recommend continuous improvements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to introduce employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives that address identified organisational needs.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of functional systems, policies, processes, and practices, taking into account international leading practices in order to improve business processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Provide critical input to support the development of functional systems, policies, processes, and procedures in order to meet evolving business requirements and workforce needs.
- Recommend enhancements to Employee Advocacy frameworks, processes, and guidance based on employee insights, emerging workplace trends, and organisational requirements.
- Prepare functional reports and dashboards in a timely and accurate manner in order to meet Mubadala's requirements and align with functional policies, standards, and reporting cycles.
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by the Director of Talent Relations.
- Makes recommendations on employee relations cases for approval and escalation as appropriate.
- Provide guidance, advice, and dispute resolution support to employees within defined Human Capital policies, processes, and procedures.
- Contributes to the development and continuous improvement of functional policies, processes, and operational frameworks within own area of responsibility.
- Coordinates and facilitates mediation, conciliation, and negotiation processes on behalf of the organisation, within established guidelines and escalation protocols.
- Prepares and submits functional reports, dashboards, and documentation within the role's scope, without requiring additional approval for routine reporting activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Employee Advocacy.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential
- Preferably, experience gained within a large-scale organisation with complex business operations or exposure across various industries.
