- Minimum 10 years as Business Analyst.
- Experience in regulatory technology (RegTech) or supervisory technology (SupTech) initiatives.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, risk, AML, Basel, IFRS9, or related domains.
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms and reporting solutions.
- Proven experience engaging senior business stakeholders and regulators.
- Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks.
- Power BI, SQL, SAS, or analytics exposure.
- CBAP certification.
- Experience with digital transformation and regulatory reporting programs.
- BRD, FRD, user stories, and process documentation.
- Data mapping and requirements traceability matrix.
- Functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- UAT planning, execution support, and sign-off documentation.
- Regulatory and business stakeholder alignment.
- Requirements elicitation and stakeholder management.
- Business process modelling and process re-engineering.
- Data analysis and regulatory reporting understanding.
- User Story, BRD, FRD, and Use Case documentation
