Senior Content Creator

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior Content Creator to sit at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution — someone who doesn't just follow trends but creates them. This role is a direct hire reporting to Jonny Dodge, Group CEO of The Happiness Group and a personal brand with over 500,000 Instagram followers.

You will shape the social media presence of Jonny Dodge's personal brand and three luxury businesses: My Ocean (superyacht charter and sales), YourSky (private jet charter), and GP Management (F1 hospitality and luxury events). The brief is simple — grow audiences, generate views in the millions, and make the content stop the scroll.

WHAT YOU'LL DO — RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts for the Jonny Dodge personal brand and all Happiness Group companies

• Identify emerging trends before they peak and build content around them, fast

• Shoot, direct, and edit short-form video content end-to-end, from concept through final cut

• Develop a content pipeline that consistently reaches millions of views — and has the numbers to prove it.

• Translate luxury experiences that appeal to ultra-high-net-worth audiences into content that performs with mass reach

• Build and maintain a repeatable content system across brands, without sacrificing quality or speed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR — REQUIREMENTS

• A proven track record of creating content that has hit millions of views — you must be able to show this with hard data

• Deep understanding of algorithm behaviour across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, and how to engineer virality rather than hope for it

• Full-stack creator ability: ideation, shooting, and editing — you don't outsource your craft

• Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or UHNW-adjacent content is strongly preferred

• Ability to work in fast-moving, high-travel environments with a high degree of autonomy

• Comfort working on camera is a plus, but not a requirement
