We’re building Noon Business, a B2B marketplace that helps companies buy their recurring business supplies faster, cheaper, and with better control. Think of it as Noon’s consumer engine applied to enterprise procurement.

The Senior Manager, Growth will own the demand generation engine for the platform end to end: how we acquire, activate, and retain B2B customers at scale.
- Own the full growth funnel: awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and referral for B2B customers.
- Build and manage performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and targeted B2B channels. Optimize for cost per qualified lead and cost per activated account, not impressions.
- Develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, trade bodies, and business networks to drive enterprise customer acquisition.
- Create the content and thought leadership engine: case studies, ROI calculators, category guides, and procurement insights.
- Work with product and engineering teams to build growth loops into the product (referral programs, team invites, re-order automation).
- Own growth analytics: define KPIs, build dashboards, run experiments, and report on customer acquisition and retention metrics.
- Partner with the commercial and category teams to align demand-side acquisition with supply-side assortment and pricing.
What You'll Need
- 8-10 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or B2B marketing. B2B marketplace or platform experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of building demand generation from 0-to-1, not just scaling an existing engine.
- Deep understanding of B2B buying behavior: long sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, procurement processes, credit requirements.
- Hands-on with performance marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise customer acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills: you make decisions based on data, not assumptions.
- Experience in the GCC/MENA region is a strong plus.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership, and fast execution. This is a startup inside a large company.
