We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Off Plan Property Consultant with a proven track record in UAE real estate, in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan market and the ability to convert investor enquiries into successful property transactions.

Requirements

• Proven UAE real estate sales experience with a strong track record in off-plan transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai developers, off-plan projects, payment plans and investment opportunities.
• Demonstrated success in closing deals and converting leads into clients.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and client consultation to negotiation and closing.
• Strong investor relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Commercially focused, self-motivated and able to manage transactions independently.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
