The purpose of this role is to support end users by installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and applications (software) to ensure optimal workstation performance for Cars Taxi.

The purpose of this role is to support end users by installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and applications (software) to ensure optimal workstation performance for Cars Taxi.

Operational
- Monitor and track the Driver attendance for input to the salary process and Driver pay.
- Manage any variances in the Drivers commission calculations.
- Manage the Real Time data update and upload to the Operations system.
- Analysis Report.
- Monitor, tracker and do data analysis to provide management reports to the Operations department.
- Manage the Driver Master and Vehicle Master data.
- Deliver the Daily Profit / loss reports for senior management.
- Sets performance goals at the beginning of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
- Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Manage the development, implementation and regular review of policies, procedures and systems to ensure consistent & systematic application of best practices providing timely and effective support to concerned users.
Education & Certifications:
- Relevant Bachelors degree.
- IT related qualification is preferred.
