Position: Senior Process Re-engineering Consultant
Location: Dubai or India
Duration: 6 Months and extendable

Role Purpose: –
The Senior Process Re-Engineering Consultant drives operational excellence and transformation within the Operations function.
Key Responsibilities: –

• Lead process redesign engagements.
• Map current and future state processes.
• Identify automation opportunities.
• Support implementation and benefit tracking.

Key Performance Indicators: –

• Processes redesigned
• Cycle-time reduction
• Customer experience improvements

Qualifications & Experience: –
Relevant banking operations experience, strong stakeholder management, process improvement expertise, and professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
Core Competencies: –
Process Excellence, Business Analysis, Data-Driven Decision Making, Change Management, Communication, Leadership

Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
