• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical, operational, blue-collar and management vacancies within a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver proactive hiring strategies aligned to workforce planning and business growth objectives.
• Develop innovative sourcing approaches across direct channels, social media platforms, talent pipelines and recruitment partners.
• Build and maintain strong talent pools for critical and high-turnover positions including technicians, painters, workshop staff and leadership hires.
• Analyse recruitment trends, market intelligence and sourcing effectiveness to continuously improve hiring outcomes and recruitment efficiency.

Profile

• 5+years of recruitment experience, ideally within high-volume or operational hiring environments.
• Automotive industry recruitment experience is preferred, although candidates from relevant transferable sectors will also be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and build trusted business relationships.
• Highly organised, structured and accountable, with excellent planning and prioritisation skills.
• Strong communication, interviewing and candidate management skills, with proficiency across recruitment systems and sourcing platforms.
