Now, we’re revving up our team in the UAE and looking for talent ready to make our journey of progress their own. Buckle up, because the current pit stop is within the Refurbishment function as a Service Advisor.

What would you do while you work with us?

• Welcome customers like they just pulled into the VIP lane—professional, polished, and prompt.
• Pop the hood on customer concerns—listen closely and document service needs with precision.
• Break down recommended repairs like a trusted service manual—clear, honest, and jargon-free.
• Keep customers in the driver’s seat—provide regular status updates and follow up like clockwork.
• Maintain repair orders and job cards with the accuracy of a finely tuned engine.
• Arabic Speaker is a plus!
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably with authorized dealers or high-end/reputed service centers.
• Someone who looks the part and talks the torque—presentable with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong technical know-how under the hood—able to connect with both customers and technicians.
• Graduate or Diploma holder, preferably in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be detail-oriented.
