Role Overview:

We are looking for ServiceNow ITOM Expert to implement and manage enterprise ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, AIOps, and platform automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
  • Build service maps and automate operational workflows.
  • Implement AIOps capabilities including RCA and Predictive Insights.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs and JavaScript.
  • Optimize ServiceNow platform performance.
  • Support cloud integrations and platform upgrades.
