ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer - Dubai, UAE

Müller’s Solutions is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team in Dubai. You’ll design, build and support ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customise ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM or others, depending on the project)
• Develop server-side and client-side scripts: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions
• Build and maintain workflows and Flow Designer flows, and Service Catalog items and record producers
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and import sets
• Build reports and dashboards (Performance Analytics is a plus)
• Take part in requirements workshops and turn business needs into technical designs
• Support upgrades, cloning, update set management and platform health checks
• Write technical documentation and provide L2/L3 support

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
• Strong JavaScript, Glide API and ServiceNow scripting skills
• Experience across at least one major module (ITSM preferred)
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs and security
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), any module
