As a Shisha Specialist (F), you will play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving premium shisha with consistency, quality, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for maintaining shisha equipment, recommending flavors based on guest preferences, and ensuring every guest receives professional and attentive service. DejaVu Restaurant & Cafe is looking for a professional and experienced Shisha Specialist (F) to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have expertise in preparing and serving premium shisha, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

•   Prepare and serve premium shisha according to guest preferences and company standards

•   Set up, clean, and maintain shisha equipment

•   Recommend shisha flavors and combinations to enhance the guest experience

•   Monitor guest tables and replace charcoal as needed

•   Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety

•   Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service

Requirements

•   Previous experience as a Shisha Specialist is preferred

•   Strong knowledge of shisha preparation, Flavors, and equipment maintenance

•   Excellent communication and customer service skills

•   Well-groomed, professional, and presentable

•   Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
