Principal Accountabilities
- Ensuring HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.
- Safe delivery and handover of the Project to the Owner, sustainably, safely, on time, within budget, ensuring that a quality product is produced that represents ‘best value’ for the Owner and their Stakeholders.
- Reviews and approves the Construction Site Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) issued by EPC Contractor and witnesses major activities selected by PMC to ensure that the contraction work done properly and according to Specification and Drawings.
- Ensures that the EPC Contractor is implementing and following the Project Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans.
- Monitors and administers EPC Contractor quality performance through to achieving the Provisional Acceptance.
- Reviews and approves quality control reports for EPC Contractor.
- Review “WQT”,” PQR” ,” WPS”, “NDT Procedure and Reports”.
- Initiates Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) for any activity not complying with the Project quality plan, programs, and procedures.
- Reviews the Non-Conformity Reports, analyses the root cause (s), corrective action(s) and preventive action(s).
- Ensures timely closure of Construction Site NCRs.
- Ensures, checks, and signs Inspection Request Form(s).
- Ensures the application of and implementation of the Project filing system.
- Identifies a PMC Audit Schedule and performs regular Audits on the EPC Contractor.
- Leads the weekly construction site quality meetings with EPC Contractor.
- Participates in other Construction Site review meetings, as required.
- Ensures the review and timely submission of the Marked-Up As-Built drawings and availability of all Final Documentation prior to the Provisional Acceptance.
- Ensures and monitors the preparation of the Test-Pack Dossiers, Mechanical Completion Dossiers and Ready for Start-up Dossiers, confirms approvals of all signed-off inspection forms for system and Plant readiness before handing over from construction up to Provisional Acceptance.
- Ensures the awareness and implementation of the Quality Control Plans, programs and Quality Assurance procedures for the Construction Site activities within the framework of the Project Quality Management System.
- 4yrs bachelor’s/ engineering degree.
- Experience within FEED & EPC experience.
- Experience in PMC roles.
- Relevant experience in Offshore projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is a MUST.
- ADNOC experience is preferable.
